Brandon Keys

Partner

Brandon is a central Ohio native who always wanted to stay in the area and assist those who need it most. He attended Ohio University before going on to graduate from Capital University Law School and be admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2020. Mr. Keys values practical experience so he clerked at multiple firms throughout school to gain hands-on knowledge from a variety of attorneys. Upon graduating he immediately began practicing in Licking and Fairfield counties under the guidance of the experienced attorneys at Burkett & Sanderson. During that time, he provided zealous representation for his clients to secure dismissals and not guilty verdicts at trial. Every case is important to Brandon whether it is assisting a client in obtaining a valid driver’s license or advising a client facing serious charges. This culminated in Brandon becoming Senior Associate in 2024.

Mr. Keys and Ms. See opened their own firm as partners in the beginning of 2025. The two work closely together on their cases, discussing optimal results for clients and researching case law that will help protect clients’ rights. He represents clients facing misdemeanors, felonies, contempt, and CPO/TPO petitions.

When he is not at work, Brandon spends time with friends, his wife, and their three dogs. He also enjoys exercising, board games, and is an avid chess player.
